How to use the Thomson Reserve 3D explorer
Click any floor of any block in the 3D model. The panel shows that unit's price simulation, facing, view score, what you see from the window, afternoon sun hours, floor plan, nearby amenities and a buying-cost calculator. You can also type a unit number (e.g. 14-13), or open the floor chart to compare floors by price, view or sun.
- Drag to rotate, scroll or pinch to zoom, right-drag or two-finger drag to pan.
- Pick a date and time at the top right to see the real sun direction and shadows at that moment.
- Use the type and collection buttons to show only the units you are interested in.
- Every unit has its own link you can share with family.

How views and sun are calculated
Block positions: the developer's site plan is scaled and aligned to the real site boundary (OpenStreetMap), then the position and facing of all 55 stacks are marked.
Surrounding buildings: about 2,200 buildings within 1 km come from OpenStreetMap; HDB footprints and storey counts come from official data.gov.sg data; buildings without height data are estimated by type.
View score: from the window at eye level, a sight line is cast every 3° across 60° either side of straight ahead. The score is the share of the outlook not blocked by a taller building within 250 m, weighted towards straight ahead.
Afternoon sun: using Singapore's sun path on 12 representative days, the model checks every 15 minutes whether the sun reaches the facade without being blocked, giving average hours per day. Clouds, trees and window shading are not included.
These are simulations for quick comparison and do not replace a site visit. Before choosing a unit, I recommend checking the actual height and sight lines on site.
FAQ
Which units avoid the afternoon sun?
Stacks facing north-east, east or south-east get little afternoon sun, for example stacks 23–27 in Block 5 and 33–35 in Block 7. West and south-west facing units usually have more open views but more afternoon sun. Use "Floor chart → Afternoon sun" to compare.
Are higher floors always better?
Not always. Some stacks face low landed homes and are already open on low floors; others only open up once above the block opposite. The "View by floor" chart shows where the view opens up, so you can judge whether a floor premium is worth it.
How much does Thomson Reserve cost?
The developer has not released official prices yet. Based on public market estimates (about $2,700–3,300 psf), click any unit to see Lucy's price simulation; for example, a mid-floor 2-Bedroom Premium (678 sq ft) is around $2 million. The pricing analysis below shows totals for each type at different psf levels, and the calculator works out the down payment, stamp duties, monthly instalment and income needed for citizens, PRs and foreigners.
